Places to stay in Orlando
Home to some of the biggest attractions in Florida, Orlando hosts several large tourist destinations, including Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld Orlando, and Holy Land Experience. Orlando has the second largest number of hotel rooms in the country and is one of the busiest American cities for conferences and conventions with the Orange County Convention Center, the country’s second largest in square footage. With all of these people converging on Orlando, it is often times hard to find an inexpensive place to stay in the city. Even some of the more expensive hotels are often booked weeks in advance, both by convention participants and also by families on vacations and getaways booked months in advance.
One of the best alternatives to a hotel or resort room are Orlando vacation rentals. Rental homes provide visitors with a multi-bedroom place to live and play. Many rentals are near to some of Orlando’s biggest places to see making transportation especially convenient for families in the area to explore the many theme parks and adventure parks that are children’s favorites. Living temporarily in a vacation home also allows visitors to cook their own meals, spread out across multiple rooms, and keep families in one place rather than split amongst several rooms. Having a house is also the perfect opportunity to invite people for dinner or a party.
